The RCMP Firearms Lab continued to ban more .22’s, shotguns, bolt-actions and semi-auto’s by declaring them “variants” of the newly prohibited firearms. Somewhere around 700 more models of mainly non-restricted firearms were affected, and no one was notified.

Liberals introduce Bill C-21. It legislates their useless handgun ban, more pointless magazine charges and even a ban on most airsoft and pellet guns. This is how far they are willing to go. But they weren’t even close to finished with us.

Liberals use an Order in Council again to effectively ban registered handguns from licensed gun owners in response to criminal shootings that have increased under their watch.

As Bill C-21 made its way through the legislative process, Liberals introduced two massive amendments to the bill, amendments G4 & G46. These amendments ban all centerfire semi-autos w\ removable magazines, the firearms affected by the May 2020 gun ban, many more .22’s, all the firearms that were reclassified by the RCMP and countless bolt-action hunting rifles. Liberals lied, saying they weren’t banning any.

Facing massive pressure from the firearms community, Justin Trudeau and his anti-gun coalition, finally admits they were banning many hunting rifles. Marco Mendicino, Liberal Minister of Public Safety withdraws amendments G4 & G46.

Mendicino revises how the Liberals are going to ban firearms. He commits to reform the “Canadian Firearms Advisory Committee” (CFAC) and stack the group with anti-gun groups “and more”. He states that this committee will choose the guns in Canada that must be banned, and the Liberals will ban them (again) using Orders in Council. Now, there’s no limit to what and how many firearms can be banned.
